Privacy Policy

This site is hosted by Cloudflare and sets no tracking or marketing cookies. For aggregate analytics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without fingerprinting individual visitors; we only see aggregated figures such as page views, country and referring website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We also count anonymously how often the booking form is submitted (travel dates, number of guests, language – no IP address, no cookies) to improve our offer.

For direct bookings, a form on our site leads to the booking platform of our partner PeakStay (my.peakstay.at). On our site only the travel dates you enter are passed into the target address; the booking itself and any data processing take place at PeakStay under their privacy policy. Images and content are served via the Sanity CDN.

Guest feedback (QR code in the apartment): via the /schlaf/ page guests can voluntarily tell us how they slept. We process the rating, selected reasons, an optional free text and – only if you provide them – your email address or phone number so that we can respond (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR). The feedback is sent by email to us and to our property management (Peakstay); free texts in other languages are automatically translated into German via Cloudflare Workers AI. Nothing is published and there is no tracking. Feedback is deleted once dealt with, at the latest after 12 months.
